Description

As a Field Service Engineer, you will: Install, configure, test, maintain, and support Philips hardware/software solutions. Provide on-site and remote support to customers. Conduct maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. Educate customers on system operations and maintenance. Lead technical assessments and ensure solution performance. Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to solution improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Technical implementation and site preparation
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues
  • Document work and complete “as-built” drawings
  • Support solution activation, validation, and system restoration
  • Provide input on process and product improvements
  • Work independently and take lead on customer engagements
  • Coordinate with project managers and other team members
  • Communicate technical status and progress with stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent in Clinical, Electrical, or Computing Systems Engineering (Biomedical Engineering preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with CT, MRI, Digital X-ray, or Image Guided Therapy in customer-facing roles
  • Strong PC skills (Windows, Office), basic networking skills
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to travel and attend overseas equipment training
  • Availability for standby duties
