Fraser Alexander is a leading supplier of services to the mining industry, a global partner adding value to mining, waste and infrastructure through smart solutions. Our offering includes mineral processing, tailings dam construction and tailings management. We are looking to attract key talent to add to our existing pool of highly sought-after professionals. This role is responsible for welcoming visitors both in person and over the telephone, by providing courteous greetings, referring queries and maintain security by following procedures. Furthermore, the position plays an important role in health and safety at our Head Office.

  • Manage Reception
  • Manage Deliveries
  • Manage Meeting rooms
  • SHEQ
  • Perform ad hoc duties
  • Booking venues
  • Office Operations

Qualifications

  • Grade 12
  • Relevant call centre / reception / administration qualification will be advantageous
  • 3 – 5 years previous experience working in a similar position in a corporate environment
  • Customer care experience (advantageous)
