FEM is looking to appoint a Receptionist in the Johannesburg Branch. The successful candidate will operate FEM’s telephone business systems to relay incoming, outgoing, and inter-office calls by answering inquiries and providing information to customers, visitors and other interested parties regarding activities conducted at FEM.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and relay incoming and outgoing calls
  • Provide accurate information to callers and visitors about FEM services
  • Welcome and receive visitors, determine their needs, and direct them appropriately
  • Perform general clerical duties, including document handling and administrative support
  • Operate and manage FEM's telecommunication systems
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming front office environment

Qualifications

  • Matric (Grade 12) certificate
  • Good functional literacy in English (verbal and written)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a receptionist/administrative role
  • Proven experience in general administration
  • Clear, fluent speaking ability with strong interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office or similar tools
