Ashburton Investments is looking for an IT Systems Analyst to provide production and project support for applications, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. The role involves liaising with business analysts, developers, and project teams while supporting users and troubleshooting issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support for production applications
• Work closely with Bloomberg product support and investment teams
• Analyze business processes and suggest improvements
• Track and resolve system failures and user requests
• Maintain training documentation and knowledge sharing
• Stay up to date with industry developments and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience supporting trading and portfolio management systems
• Certification in a widely used trading system
• Intermediate Microsoft SQL knowledge
