Description

The Junior Client Analyst at Circana supports the Operations team by maintaining databases, reports, and online services. They collaborate with CPG Manufacturer & Data Input teams, manage requests, optimize reports, and maintain client artefacts. Responsibilities include database accuracy, troubleshooting, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and Maintain Databases - Produce reports to specifications as set out by the CPG team and clients
• Ensure Database Accuracy - Review data according to set standards and checking procedures
• Manage Database Requests - Ensure database requests from CPG are completed to specification and checked prior to implementation
• Timely Client Deliverables - Ensure turnaround time for database and report deliverables meets specified timeframes
• Understand Data Input Requirements - Address change requests and data queries
• Monitor Client Product Performance - Actively seek out information about client product performance in the market
• Update Client Artefacts - Ensure all client artefacts are up to date and in order
• Dispatch Databases - Send databases to the client or CPG team via FTP by the agreed deadline

Qualifications

• Tertiary Education - Preferably in Data Science, Statistics, Data Analysis, or Data Management
• Work Experience - Approximately 1 year of experience in data processing, capturing, or analysis roles, or work within the FMCG industry (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Basic to intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
• Strong Attention to Detail - Ability to manage routine work processes and data management tasks with precision
