Description

To provide actuarial solutions to internal and external clients within the Life and/or Non-Life Corporate Actuarial team, in line with Nedbank’s Client Value Proposition.

Responsibilities

• Complete monthly IFRS reserving results for individual licenses
• Finalize quarterly and annual SAM returns for individual licenses
• Investigate results to identify trends and anomalies
• Assist with setting the basis for individual licenses
• Contribute actuarial input for individual licenses’ ORSA return
• Participate in the annual forecasting process for the license
• Help automate processes and improve efficiency in Corporate Actuarial
• Document both existing and new actuarial processes
• Communicate results to actuarial managers for follow-up actions
• Actively engage as a team member and contribute to cultural initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Commerce in Actuarial Science Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science
