To interpret the business requirement specification and translate into a detailed system design specification to enable the development of innovative, flexible and efficient solution of a business problem

Responsibilities

• Interpret business requirements and translate them into detailed system design specifications
• Document business/system requirements to ensure understanding by all stakeholders
• Ensure use cases are correctly updated and services are tested and mapped accurately
• Produce Swagger documentation where applicable
• Rapidly develop insight into the platform and communicate effectively with experts for additional insights
• Participate, engage, and propose solutions during JADs, project meetings, WR reviews, and SA reviews
• Independently approach stakeholders to seek information
• Ensure models and standards comply with UML best practices and keep documentation updated to reflect changes in requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Proficiency in critical solution-based thinking to solve problems
• Familiarity with UML (e

• , Sequence Diagrams, Context Diagrams, Low-Level Design Documents)
• Strong foundation in Object-Oriented Design
• Experience with integration patterns, including APIs (SOAP and REST), JSON, XML, queues, and batch processes
• Ability to read and write basic to intermediate SQL for database design
• Skill in creating detailed Functional Specification Documents
• Advanced knowledge of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
