Selected learners will engage with clients over the phone or in person, providing assistance and education about the home ownership journey. This program offers practical experience in a supportive environment, preparing learners for a future in client relations and financial services.

Responsibilities

• Engaging telephonically or in-person with clients and clients’ clients
• Assisting and educating clients on home ownership
• Supporting the Durban Westville branch with customer interactions

Qualifications

• Minimum Matric qualification
• Currently unemployed
• Reside in and around Durban
• Applicants with disabilities are encouraged to apply
• Advantageous: Experience in a call center
• Advantageous: Proficiency in isiZulu, English, Afrikaans, seSotho, tshiVenda, or Xitsonga
