The Bidvest Life Learnership is a structured program designed to provide participants with both theoretical knowledge and practical workplace skills. The program leads to a qualification registered on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF). Unlike traditional learnerships, this program is outcomes-based, allowing participants to progress at their own pace according to their competency and experience. Prior learning is recognized, ensuring that existing skills and knowledge are valued. Participants will receive professional guidance and support throughout the program.

Responsibilities

• Engage in both theoretical and practical learning
• Develop and apply workplace skills
• Participate in mentorship and training programs
• Adapt to new challenges and solve problems effectively
• Collaborate within a team while maintaining self-sufficiency

Qualifications

• Be a South African citizen
• Be between 18 and 35 years old
• Have completed Matric (Grade 12)
• Demonstrate strong communication skills
