Pepkor Lifestyle is offering a W&RSETA-funded learnership program aimed at providing unemployed youth with the opportunity to gain practical work experience and a nationally recognized qualification in the wholesale and retail sector.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the shop floor (Customer service)
• Engage in marketing and merchandise activities and maintain displays
• Develop English language and math fundamentals
• Record transactions and process payments on the POS system
• Understand the wholesale and retail environment
• Open new customer accounts
• Maintain and control stock losses

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
• South African citizenship
• Aged between 18 and 35 years
• No criminal record
• Currently unemployed
