OVK is offering a learnership programme aimed at South African students who are interested in the field of IT Development and aspire to become future programmers. This learnership is a unique opportunity designed to help participants enhance their skills in becoming legitimate programmers. It includes both theoretical assessments and practical work experiences. As a learner, you will be required to write and maintain IT programs, provide IT-related services to the management, and tend to administrative duties. Upon successful completion of the programme, you will be equipped with new knowledge that will aid in your career as a professional programme

Responsibilities

• Strong communication abilities
• Bilingual proficiency in Afrikaans and English
• Strong understanding of computer literacy
• Displays good organizational and numerical skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Maintains confidentiality during the learnership
• Strong interpersonal abilities

Qualifications

• Grade 12 qualification with at least 3 years of practical experience working in an IT department
• Tertiary qualification in the field of IT or Software Development, or Currently in the final phase of pursuing their tertiary qualification in IT Software Development
