The role involves desktop and server support, installation, maintenance, servicing, and reallocation of workstations, laptops, and network-attached devices. The role also involves training users on new ICT programmes, handling Helpdesk support queries, managing user accounts and passwords, updating virus and patch management, maintaining file servers, and connecting devices to email, internet, printers, and network access. Qualifications include a National Diploma/Degree in ICT and an A+/N+ Server Support Certificate.
Applyants must have a valid Matric/Grade 12/ and completed tertiary qualification. A detailed CV, with at least two contactable referees, an application letter, academic transcript, educational qualifications, and identity document must be submitted.
