As a Computer Science/ICT Intern in the HRM&D department, you will support the integration of digital tools and technologies into human resource processes. Your role will involve assisting with the development, maintenance, and improvement of HR information systems (HRIS), automating workflows, and enhancing data security and accessibility. You'll gain hands-on experience working on projects such as employee portals, e-learning platforms, digital onboarding systems, and data management tools. This internship provides a dynamic learning environment where technology meets human resource development.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of HR digital platforms and systems
• Assist in automating HR processes like leave applications, performance reviews, and onboarding
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to HR staff
• Help maintain employee databases and ensure data accuracy and security
• Contribute to the design and testing of user-friendly HR interfaces and tools
• Support data analysis and reporting through dashboards and digital tools
• Collaborate with both HR and IT teams to implement tech solutions that improve operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, ICT, or a related field
• Basic understanding of software development, databases, and network systems
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), programming languages (Python, Java), or HRIS platforms is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
