The 2025 Internship Programme seeks to provide recent graduates an opportunity to gain meaningful workplace experience for a period of twenty-four (24) months to complement their studies. The graduate recruits will be part of a supportive environment allowing for continuous development. The programme is directed at those who have completed their undergraduate/ post-graduate studies by the end of 2024 academic year.

Responsibilities

• Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
• Provide technical support to employees and end-users
• Help maintain IT asset inventory and document technical procedures
• Support the configuration and maintenance of IT systems and applications
• Assist in monitoring system performance and troubleshooting errors
• Help with software installations, updates, and security patches

Qualifications

• Senior/ Higher Certificate A+ and N+ or Programming / National Diploma
• BA Degree or B Tech in Information Technology or related field
