National Brands Limited is offering a 12-month in-service training opportunity at its Rosslyn Snacks Factory in Pretoria. The trainee will support the Quality Assurance team by assisting with food safety practices, in-process quality checks, laboratory testing, and quality system maintenance. This role provides hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to new product development trials, ideal for students completing their Food Technology diploma.

Qualifications

• A 2-year Food Technology Diploma and only requiring the 1-year in-service training to complete studies
• Additional Requirements: Computer literacy, with ability to get data reporting and analyses done
• Able to work irregular hours
• Leadership skills
• Good verbal communication skills
• Ability to operate both independently, and as part of a team
