Description

The trainee will gain hands-on exposure to key quality assurance processes, including food safety, in-process quality control, laboratory testing of raw materials, and quality systems management. The role involves active participation in daily quality checks, reporting, and involvement in new product development (NPD) trial activities, all under the supervision and mentorship of experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• A 2-year Food Technology Diploma and only requiring the 1-year in-service training to complete studies
• Additional Requirements: Computer literacy, with ability to get data reporting and analyses done
• Able to work irregular hours
• Leadership skills
• Good verbal communication skills
• Ability to operate both independently, and as part of a team Initiative
