As a Product Support Analyst Graduate at CSG, you will join a dynamic Service Desk team, serving as the first point of contact for customers. You'll be responsible for handling inquiries, logging incidents, and ensuring prompt escalation and resolution of customer issues. This is a hands-on role in a global environment, working US business hours, and ideal for graduates passionate about technology, customer service, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary contact for customer inquiries and incidents
  • Accurately record incident details in the tracking system, including: Description Affected product/service component Business impact Severity level Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams
  • Collaborate closely with the Service Desk Director and team
  • Deliver exceptional service in alignment with CSG’s commitment to excellent customer experiences

Qualifications

  • Completed undergraduate degree in IT Helpdesk, Information Technology, or Business-related field
