In this role, you’ll provide essential client support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution, ensuring a seamless experience for users of our trading and market data services. This 12-month graduate program offers extensive on-the-job training and mentoring, making it ideal for individuals who are passionate about financial technology and thrive in problem-solving environments.

Responsibilities

  • Client Support and Query Resolution: Provide first-line client support, manage inquiries, and maintain professional communication
  • Technical Learning and Problem Management: Gain hands-on experience with our products, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with internal teams
  • Documentation and Process Improvement: Create and update support documentation and suggest process improvements
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet support goals and engage in cross-functional meetings for updates and client feedback

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (required)
  • Interest and foundational understanding of financial services, trading, and market data (preferred)
