This 12–24-month rotational programme offers unparalleled exposure to Glencore's global trading and commercial operations. You'll work alongside industry experts in marketing, logistics, risk management, and business development, gaining hands-on experience in executing commodity trades and optimizing supply chains

Responsibilities

• Commercial Operations: Support trading desks in executing physical and derivative commodity trades
• Market Analysis: Assist with pricing, supply/demand trends, and competitor intelligence
• Logistics Coordination: Track shipments, manage documentation, and optimize transport routes
• Risk Management: Monitor exposures and contribute to hedging strategies
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with traders, operations, and finance teams
• Process Improvement: Identify efficiencies in trade execution and reporting

Qualifications

• We are looking for students who are currently enrolled in or have recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Post graduate degree, ideally in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Quantitative Finance
