Pernod Ricard South Africa is inviting motivated graduates to join its Graduate Internship Programme in 2025. This 12-month programme offers both theoretical and practical exposure to prepare graduates for the workplace. Successful candidates will gain experience in areas such as Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Corporate Affairs, Operations/Procurement, Transformation, Commercial, and Legal.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical skills in Freight Management, Import/Export Procedures, Warehouse/Delivery, Pipeline Concept and Operations, FGI/SKU Management, IT, Operational Policy, and Procedures
• Apply knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Marketing, Law, Politics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Operations, Finance, or Accounting from a top South African university
• Must have graduated in 2023 or 2024
• Must be available to start full-time work no later than March 2025
