Vector Logistics is seeking a Business Analyst SAP S&D to identify, design, and specify application solutions that meet business requirements and deliver business benefits. The successful candidate will also support the implementation of these solutions using recognised project management methodologies. This role plays a critical part in ensuring SAP Sales & Distribution (S&D) system effectiveness, continuous improvement, and end-user support and training.

Responsibilities

• Provide SAP end-user support and resolve Sales & Distribution module issues
• Assist with end-user training and develop training materials
• Support the Applications Manager in identifying IT solutions to meet business needs
• Serve as a liaison between business users and technical consultants for system enhancements
• Execute business projects requiring IT system implementation
• Assist with SAP user profile creation and maintenance in compliance with audit standards
• Conduct regular system compliance audits and report non-compliance
• Develop, enhance, and run reports as required by the business
• Provide expert advice and support on SAP S&D best practices
• Take ownership of tasks and ensure quality, productivity, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology / BCom
• Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in a relevant business function or IT environment
• Demonstrated experience managing projects focused on performance and continuous improvement
• Valid Code EB driver’s licence
