Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a holistic marketing strategy aligned with company goals for customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness
  • Lead agency relationships, aligning deliverables and campaigns to broader business objectives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and operations teams to drive integrated go-to-market efforts
  • Lead creation of all marketing content, including product marketing, long-form thought leadership, social media content, blog posts, email campaigns, and sales enablement collateral
  • Work with agencies to develop high-quality video and visual content
  • Create internal and external presentations, marketing decks, and branded materials
  • Review and approve blogs and collaborate on keyword research with agency partners
  • Develop and execute monthly newsletters and targeted email campaigns for different audience segments
  • Coordinate automated nurture flows and behaviour-based journeys with support from agency and internal tools
  • Oversee Paid Media strategy (Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta) in collaboration with agencies
  • Strategize and launch new campaigns to support lead generation and brand growth
  • Track and optimize campaign performance based on data insights
  • Own the content calendar and content creation for all platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
  • Monitor engagement, respond to community feedback, and track analytics to refine strategy
  • Manage ongoing improvements, content updates, and SEO efforts on the company website alongside agency support
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging and UX across all digital properties
  • Plan and execute all aspects of events and trade shows — from pre-event marketing to post-event follow-up, including booth design, swag, and lead capture
  • Liaise with PR agency and media houses for press features and contributed content
  • Coordinate internal stakeholder involvement in speaking engagements and publications
  • Own performance tracking across all marketing channels
  • Produce monthly reports and dashboards on campaign performance, lead quality, and channel ROI
  • Use insights to iterate on strategies and recommend budget allocations

Qualifications

  • 3–7 Years of Marketing experience, preferably in a B2B or tech-driven environment
  • Strong Project Management skills and experience overseeing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp eye for content quality and storytelling
  • Proficient in Digital Marketing platforms, CRM, and analytics tools (HubSpot, GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
  • Experience working with or managing creative, digital, and media agencies
