Description

To act as a bridge between actuarial product requirements and IT, ensuring product specifications are effectively translated into system functionality. You will gather, analyze, and communicate business and product requirements, ensuring efficient development, testing, and delivery of insurance product solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather and interpret product requirements from stakeholders Translate requirements into detailed specifications Validate, test, and ensure stakeholder approval of requirements throughout the development lifecycle Collaborate closely with IT, actuarial, finance, and admin teams Contribute to conceptual solution design and user acceptance testing (UAT) Manage change requests, track queries, and support prioritization Ensure solutions meet business needs and legislative compliance

Qualifications

• , actuarial science, IT, business analysis) 3+ years in business analysis or product team roles within Life Insurance or Reinsurance Solid knowledge of: Life insurance products, rules, charges, premiums, calculations, investment structures SQL and advanced Excel Financial/statistical mathematics
