Description

The role involves supporting business queries, conducting technical analysis, and end-to-end testing of FNZ’s legacy platform. It includes both business analyst and tester responsibilities. You’ll resolve client issues, assist with UAT, and ensure the platform’s functionality meets business needs.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and understand FNZ platform capabilities
• Support client queries and workshops
• Write user stories and test cases
• Conduct system, regression, and integration testing
• Document test results and retest defects
• Collaborate with internal/external teams
• Keep up with technology trends and tools

Qualifications

• 1st class degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of technology delivery in financial services
• Intermediate SQL skills
• Knowledge of investment/wealth/pensions products
• Strong analytical and communication skill
