To provide professional financial advice, planning, and sales of Sanlam products to new and existing clients. The goal is to build long-term client relationships, achieve business targets, and promote the Sanlam brand.

Responsibilities

• Grow business through marketing, sales, and revenue generation Prospect and generate leads through networking and referrals Conduct financial needs analysis and offer tailored financial solutions Ensure client service is ethical, compliant, and professional Monitor performance and report activities regularly

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) FAIS compliance and RE exam (if registered with FSCA for 2+ years) Financial planning, compliance, and relationship management skills Attributes: Strong communication, tech-savvy, action-oriented Good interpersonal and persuasion skills Independent but team-oriented Growth: Opportunities across Sanlam’s business clusters, with strong support for development and transformation
