Responsibilities

• We require the services of a Control / Operations Manager (Security) to join our team in a fast paced and energetic environment
• The main purpose of the position will be to manage and train staff and Investigate and deal with client complaints
• Monitor operator and dispatcher stacks
• Respond to incidents, handle incoming calls

Qualifications

• PSIRA Grade B registration & accreditation 2 to 3 years
• Min 4-5yrs Security Operations Experience
• Min 4-5yrs Managerial Experience
• Knowledge of Armed Response and CCTV equipment
• Computer Literacy (MS Office)
• Easy Roster or similar Articulate and able to communicate on all levels – face to face, telephonically and e-mail
• Must be fluent in English and excellent writing skills
• Planning & Organisational skills
• Customer care, client liaison, client complaints and relationship building skills
• Excellent telephone etiquette and listening skills
• Good report writing skills
• Be able to handle pressure and stay cool, calm and collective under stressful situations
• Staff management
