This unpaid internship provides practical workplace experience aligned with the South African Higher Education WIL framework and is intended for students who require industry exposure as part of their qualification.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with HR administration including maintaining employee files and records
  • Supporting recruitment processes (posting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews)
  • Helping with onboarding and induction processes
  • Handling office administrative tasks such as filing, printing, data entry, and record-keeping
  • Assisting in document management and preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting packs
  • Coordinating meetings, diary management, and handling internal communication
  • Supporting operations, finance, or marketing teams with administrative needs
  • Learning and working with company systems and digital platforms
