We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quantity Surveying Intern to support the cost management and contract administration processes on construction and infrastructure projects. The internship offers valuable hands-on experience in project estimation, cost control, and financial documentation within a dynamic project team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
• Support the measurement and valuation of works in progress
• Help manage project costs and monitor expenditures against budgets
• Assist with the preparation of interim and final payment applications
• Support contract administration, including reviewing variations and claims
• Conduct site visits to verify quantities, materials, and progress
• Participate in procurement processes and supplier evaluations
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Familiarity with construction drawings, BOQs, and standard QS practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of QS software (CostX, WinQS, Buildsoft) is an advantage
