Description

As a Support Engineer, your primary responsibility is to ensure the optimal functioning of our products by delivering first-level technical support to end-users and internal support team.

Responsibilities

  • You will actively engage in addressing software-related issues
  • collaborating with cross-functional teams to contribute to product improvement projects and ensuring prompt fault resolution
  • Additionally, you will actively contribute to projects aimed at improving business functionality and efficiency

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in providing technical support for software products
  • Root Cause analysis, information design, system evaluation skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address technical issues in a timely manner
  • Basic understanding of programming languages, with knowledge in languages such as NodeJs, PHP is a plus
  • Familiarity with software concepts and protocols
  • Familiarity with common frameworks for preferred languages; Laravel, Drupal, Django, RoR, SailsJS, ReactJS
