An Intermediate Test Analyst ensures the quality and functionality of software through rigorous manual and automated testing. The role requires designing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and collaborating with development teams. The analyst ensures high-quality standards and actively contributes to continuous improvement of testing processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test plans, cases, and scripts
• Execute manual and automated tests
• Identify and report defects
• Participate in requirement reviews
• Conduct regression testing
• Provide test updates and metrics
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders
• Continuously improve testing methodologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• ISTQB Foundation Level or equivalent certification (preferred)
• 2–4 years in software testing or QA
• Proficiency in test management tools (Azure Test Plans, Katalon TestOps, etc)
• Familiarity with automated testing tools (Selenium, Katalon, etc)
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum
• Experience with defect tracking and regression testing
• Strong collaboration and requirement analysis skills
