The Land Bank and Land Bank Insurance are offering a 24-month Learnership Programme for young unemployed graduates (ages 18–35) to gain structured workplace experience and training in their field of study. This opportunity aims to provide on-the-job learning, mentorship, and personal development in a dynamic environment within the agricultural and financial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned duties as guided by a mentor
• Develop skills relevant to the qualification area
• Perform administrative tasks
• Conduct research and compile reports, presentations, and memorandums

Qualifications

• Applicants must hold a minimum three-year tertiary qualification in one of the following fields: Mathematical Statistics / Data Science
• Agricultural Economics
• Business Management
• Credit Risk
• Law (LLB)
• Risk Management
• Candidates must also: Be South African citizens
• Have no prior work experience post-graduation
