Responsibilities

• Complete a 12-month Compass Learnership Program within the Business Operations Support Services Team
• Commit to completing an Accredited NQF L4/5 Qualification during the learnership period
• Gain practical experience in data analysis and business operations support
• Assist in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to inform decision-making
• Support the team in preparing reports and visualizations that effectively communicate data insights
• Maintain organized records of data analysis processes and results

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in Commerce or Law, NQF 6 or 7
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle (advantageous)
• Organised, with excellent attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills required
