Design and implement technology solutions that align with RMB’s business needs. You’ll ensure systems are stable, secure, and scalable, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to turn complex ideas into smart solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and document IT solutions
• Analyze existing systems for improvement
• Collaborate with dev teams on architecture and integration
• Recommend new technologies
• Ensure compliance with IT and security standards
• Troubleshoot complex architectural issues
• Translate business needs into tech strategies
• Set architecture best practices and standards
• Support testing and deployment processes
• Promote knowledge-sharing and team collaboration
• Continuously suggest improvements to current systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• TOGAF or equivalent IT architecture certification
• Prior experience in a Solutions Architect role
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), APIs, data pipelines, and software integration
• Understanding of IT governance and cybersecurity best practices
