Description

The RRP is designed to equip unemployed youth with fundamental skills required in the retail sector. The programme consists of five weeks of practical in-store training and two weeks of theoretical instruction. Upon successful completion, participants receive a National Qualifications Framework (NQF) Level 3 qualification.

Responsibilities

• Attend all training sessions (both classroom/theoretical and in-store practical)
• Follow store procedures and health & safety standards
• Assist with basic store operations
• Participate actively in learning activities and assessments
• Be punctual, professional, and committed throughout the programme

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) certificate or an equivalent qualification
