Responsibilities

• Our 3-year Management Trainee Programme develops authentic leaders through hands-on experience in sugar manufacturing plants
• Trainees take ownership of real projects while benefiting from structured training, mentorship, and career development plans
• We seek driven, proactive individuals committed to personal growth and teamwork
• Successful candidates must be willing to relocate across sites/provinces and register as Professional Engineers upon completion
• This programme builds the foundation for a rewarding engineering and leadership career

Qualifications

• Completed studies or currently in the final year of study in BSc Engineering (Agricultural Engineering), BSc Hons in Agricultural Engineering, BEng Agriculture, BEng Hons Agriculture
• South African citizen or permanent resident
• Good academic results in your majors in 2nd and 3rd year
• Computer Literacy (MS Office, including Excel and Word)
• A valid South African driver's (Preferred)
