Responsibilities

• Our 3-year Management Trainee Programme develops future leaders through hands-on experience in sugar manufacturing plants
• Trainees take ownership of real projects while receiving training, mentorship, and structured development
• High drive and initiative are essential
• Successful candidates may need to rotate across sites or provinces and register as a Professional Engineer, requiring willingness to relocate

Qualifications

• Completed studies or currently in the final year of study in B
• Engineering / B
• Sc Engineering / BTech Engineering (Electrical)
• South African citizen or permanent resident
• Good academic results in your majors in 2nd and 3rd year
• Computer Literacy (MS Office, including Excel and Word)
• A valid South African drivers license (Preferred)
