JAM is looking for a passionate and skilled IT Technician to provide hardware and software maintenance, technical support, and consultation while ensuring world-class standards. The role involves troubleshooting IT issues, maintaining security compliance, and assisting with system updates and employee onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for computer systems, software, networks, and hardware
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues both on-site and remotely
• Maintain inventory and documentation of IT resources
• Conduct regular system updates, backups, and security checks
• Liaise with IT vendors for troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Assist in onboarding new employees by setting up accounts and workstations

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12
• CompTIA A+ and Network+ certification
• 5-7 years of IT technical experience
• Valid driver's license
• Experience with Dolfin POS
• Strong hardware and end-user application skills
• Willingness to travel and work outside office hours
