RMB is looking for a Business Analyst to document system requirements, analyze user needs, and create specifications that drive system development. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to optimize business processes and support implementation.

Responsibilities

• Document business process requirements
• Work with business partners to design new and optimize existing processes
• Develop and execute test cases, categorizing business impact
• Provide input for training materials
• Maintain relationships with business stakeholders
• Support and guide team members

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst in a similar environment
• Experience documenting business process requirements through research, interviews, or facilitation
• Ability to compile and execute test cases, providing feedback on business impact
