To support the Business Head to implement a broad range of programmes, projects and initiatives to achieve strategic objectives, improve operational efficiency, and manage business performance. This role requires coordinating key initiatives, managing risk frameworks, driving financial and business performance, and enhancing client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Act as a central point of contact for projects and initiatives
• Advise stakeholders on risk management and governance frameworks
• Consolidate business performance measures and provide insights
• Lead budget planning and oversee financial measures
• Enhance operational efficiency and coordinate stakeholder engagement
• Manage vendor relationships and regulatory compliance
• Drive the people agenda in partnership with People & Culture
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes
• Oversee communication strategies and client engagement initiatives

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Commerce / Finance / Accounting
• Advantageous: Post Graduate Degree in Project Management
