Description

To operate Mining related machinery and equipment within designed parameters in order to reduce waste and optimise operating cost.

Responsibilities

• Ensures workplace safety and adheres to standards
• Completes tasks as planned and attends daily meetings
• Provides feedback on work progress to supervisors and customers
• Identifies and resolves faults to maintain equipment reliability
• Attends training and identifies personal development needs
• Supports business goals by meeting deadlines
• Conducts inspections, repairs, and maintains plant sustainability
• Captures history feedback for upgrades and spare replacements
• Participates in safety talks and improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / N3 with English or Business English
• Occupational Trade Test Qualification/ Certificate (Wish)
