With a retail footprint of more than 30 physical and online stores across Africa that provide expert advice, Apple Authorised Repairs, Business, Education, training and technical support for anything and everything Apple. We are looking for tech savvy, retail inclined individuals with great communication skills to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales opportunities by actively engaging with customers
• Provide expert advice on the latest Apple products and services
• Ensure customers receive hands-on experience with Apple technology
• Proactively approach customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
• Create memorable customer experiences by delivering exceptional service
• Stay up-to-date with iStore product knowledge and offerings
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets
• Assist customers with product selection, including technical details and features
• Promote iStore services such as Apple Authorised Repairs, Business, Education, and training
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects Apple’s brand values
