The iStore Sales Consultant will maximize sales opportunities, ensure customers have hands-on experience with Apple technology, and provide comprehensive solutions. The role will involve proactively engaging with customers and using iStore products.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales opportunities in the iStore
• Provide hands-on experiences with the latest Apple technology and services
• Proactively approach and engage with customers to understand their needs
• Present complete solutions and create memorable customer experiences
• Stay knowledgeable about iStore products and services
• Deliver excellent customer service while working in a retail environment

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Matric certificate
• Sales experience, preferably in retail (product knowledge would be an advantage)
• Passion for Apple products and technology
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a team environment
