Description

Manage all PFG warehousing and Transport Operations to ensure a Safe and Efficient operation and to service and support the PFG customer base in a sustainable manner across all markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage all warehouse personnel, including Performance management and employee development
• Benchmark, review and introduce systems to optimise efficient delivery of warehouse services in a sustainable manner
• Coordinate delivery of services with other PG Group Operations to promote synergy and grow so as to provide strategic partnerships that enhance
• The development and Implementation of new business processes, handling equipment, product packaging, transport equipment and resourcing as and when required by changes in business requirements or strategic direction
• Effective management of Inventory and Distribution activities in and out of the Warehouses, including the management of group tenants sharing these facilities

Qualifications

• Grade 12
• BCom Degree in Industrial Engineering or Logistics Management
