Contribute to the annual departmental budgeting and business planning process. Identify underutilized resources and recommend scaling down where appropriate. Assess and implement cost-effective database solutions, such as cloud services or virtualization. Monitor licensing agreements and ensure compliance to avoid unnecessary expenses.
