Description

To provide the interface between the EPMO and business and as such facilitate direction and guidance in prioritizing and sequencing projects and provide recommendations to optimize the project portfolio aligned to the strategic priorities of the business units.

Responsibilities

• Understand system capabilities, then document and support configuration improvements/enhancements
• Evaluate system output requirements and guide business accordingly
• Construct workflow diagrams as required
• Review and formulate recommendations around the optimization of the existing project portfolio
• Creation of Uses Cases and Validating of Test Cases

Qualifications

• Industrial Engineering
• Business Processes
• Engineering Science
• ICT or a related field (NQF Level 7)
