• Handle customer reservations, including booking vehicles and coordinating schedules
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after rentals
• Prepare rental agreements and explain terms and conditions
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally

Qualifications

• Matric certificate
• Valid Code 8 driver's license
• South African ID
• 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Sales and target-driven mindset
• Computer literacy
