The Business Analyst will lead requirements analysis, development, and implementation of business process, system, and people changes. The role involves reviewing company processes to support business improvements and collaborating with project teams to drive strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements analysis and design for business change deliverables
• Model, validate, and translate business processes into requirement specifications
• Act as a liaison between IT and business units to drive organizational change
• Perform impact assessments, gap analysis, process mapping, and risk assessments
• Assist in project documentation and stakeholder engagement
• Provide operational guidance and root cause analysis for business improvements
• Conduct and oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) for project developments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in Commerce, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent
• 2 – 5 years of experience in business analysis
• Project management experience or qualification is advantageous
