Aspen's Human Capital Internship Programme offers a 12-month structured learning experience that combines practical and theoretical training in Human Resources (HR). Interns will gain hands-on exposure to HR functions, policies, and workplace dynamics. The programme may also include field trips, requiring participants to be open to travel opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Gain practical HR experience, working alongside HR professionals
• Assist with HR administration, recruitment, payroll, training, and employee relations
• Learn and apply HR policies, labor laws, and best practices
• Support the implementation of HR initiatives in a corporate setting
• Participate in field trips and HR projects to enhance industry knowledge

Qualifications

• Completed Degree/BCom in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Must be a South African Citizen
• Must not have previously participated in a Learnership or Internship programme
• No current or pending disciplinary incidents
