An AgriTech company seeks an IT Technician to provide technical support, handle hardware assembly, and assist with basic networking. This role involves troubleshooting software and hardware issues, maintaining systems, and assembling hardware like ruggedized Raspberry Pi units.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for IT support
• Set up and maintain computer and network systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues
• Repair and replace damaged computers and network components
• Provide remote support and assist users with technical challenges
• Maintain and update technical documentation
• Manage hardware inventory, keep the storeroom organized
• Assemble and prepare ruggedized Raspberry Pi units and other hardware
• Oversee 3D printer outputs for hardware components

Qualifications

• Basic experience in IT support or technician roles
• Familiarity with Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems
• Technical documentation skills
