Qualifications

• Provide first-line IT and DevOps support across cloud-hosted platforms
• Monitor and report on system performance, uptime, and incident alerts
• Assist with deployments, code versioning, and automation pipelines
• Troubleshoot access, network, and application-layer issues
• Support system backups, patching, and infrastructure-as-code improvements
• Maintain and contribute to technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge bases
